Don’t be afraid

Whatever valley you are in today, don’t be afraid. God is there with you strengthening and upholding you.

Just sing of His love for you and let Him fight your battles for you!

Great rewards!

1 Timothy 6:6,

Now godliness with contentment is great gain.

Such an incredible truth. Godliness coupled with contentment is great gain. Not just gain, GREAT gain!

Over and over in Scripture, God highlights the importance and reward of godliness. For instance, it says in Psalm 4:3, That the Lord has set apart for Himself him who is godly. 2 Peter says the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations. 

Those are great rewards!

Dong it God’s way....

Pray like this: “Father, I cast all my worries about .... into Your loving hands because You care for me and love me.” 

The Bible tells us to cast all our cares upon the Lord for He cares for us. (1 Peter 5:7) 

Then, say, “Father, I would like to have the .....” It is okay to ask Him for that. 

Now, here comes the most powerful part—thanksgiving. Finish off with thanksgiving. Thank God for His faithfulness.

Say something like, “Father, whether I get ... or not, I thank You that You will always provide for my family with more than enough. You who feed the birds of the air and clothe the lilies of the field will take care of us. So I am not going to worry about this ...... You are the source of all my blessings.” (Matthew 6:30, Philippians 4:19)

Expect God to rain His blessings on you!

There is nothing you can do about the rain but to let it fall. So just expect God to rain His blessings on you! Let them fall! And you will be blessed with more than enough, so that with your needs and your family’s needs more than met, you can be a blessing to others too!

The more you thank God...

..., the more you please Him.

What little you have will be multiplied and whatever is dead in your life will be raised to life!

God doesn’t want you to be conscious of the lack in your natural circumstances

He doesn’t want you to live by how much you earn or how much you have in the bank. Now, I am not encouraging you to spend foolishly beyond your means. I am saying that God wants you to be conscious of the abundance of resources in His kingdom.

“But where is that kingdom?”

As long as you have received Jesus as your Savior, that kingdom is in you!

Jesus said that “the kingdom of God is within you”. This means that the kingdom of God is not some physical place. It is within you and it is where the abundance of resources is. So if you want to experience abundance in your life, be conscious first of the abundance inside you. Then, what is inside you will become a reality on the outside.

Beloved, God doesn’t want you to be conscious of the lack you see outside you. He wants you to be conscious of the abundance within you because His kingdom is within you!


You need to develop a glorious sense of confidence that says, “Hey, Devil, I’m going to be victorious and there’s not a thing you can do to stop me!”
