1 Timothy 6:6,
Now godliness with contentment is great gain.
Such an incredible truth. Godliness coupled with contentment is great gain. Not just gain, GREAT gain!Over and over in Scripture, God highlights the importance and reward of godliness. For instance, it says in Psalm 4:3, That the Lord has set apart for Himself him who is godly. 2 Peter says the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations.
Those are great rewards!
